Gentle reader, you are our eyes. We need you to be as descriptive of the problem. Some people try to write us without identifying themselves or even describing the problem! We are a volunteer organization — we have day jobs, so please help us make the communication process easier by not having us ask you information you need to be providing from the beginning!

We're here to help you. Help us do that!

Also, as we exchange correspondence, please include the original text of the e-mail so we have a context. Some of you use different e-mail accounts other than the one you registered or first wrote us on. Without the text of the original conversation it's nearly impossible to track who's who.

I've downloaded and installed the most recent software update to my web browser
I have checked the Technical Issues F.A.Q. and tried the Quick Fixes.
I've even tried downloading the free Mozilla Firefox browser and experienced the same.
I ignored your 'Real Names Required' Rules and registered with a nickname.
(If you're honest about using a nickname or unapproved name format, don't worry. We're very forgiving. Chances are we deleted your User Name, but write us anyway just to confirm. If we did, then we'd ask you to re-register.)

HOW TO MAKE A SCREEN CAPTURE (PC Instructions):
1. First, select your browser window
2. Navigate to the page you are experiencing problems with
3. Resize the browser window SMALLER so that it shows only what you need it to show
4. Now with that browser selected, hit ALT-PRINTSCREEN
5. Click START then RUN
6. Type MSPAINT and hit ENTER
7. Click EDIT then PASTE
8. Save the file to your Desktop
9. Click the BROWSE button on this form to find that file, then click "OPEN".
